I tried to exchange an item it ended up being such a headache. The replies were really slow, the return instructions weren’t clear, and I kept feeling like I was just left in the dark waiting for someone to explain what was going on. It still hasn’t been properly sorted, and at this point it just doesn’t feel worth the hassle.

I bought a Nebo light thinking it would be easy to use, but the different lighting modes have been frustrating. I’m used to my old flashlight that was just click on, click off, and I miss that. With this one, I keep having to cycle through strobe and dim settings when all I want is a steady beam. It’s especially annoying in the dark when I’m trying to find the right mode quickly. Feels like it was made more complicated than it needed to be.

The battery doesn’t seem to last very long for me, which is kind of frustrating for daily use. I might just be using it more heavily than average, but I feel like I’m having to charge it way too often.

I bought a NEBO light thinking it would be a solid choice, and at first it actually felt decent in the hand. I remember being hopeful when I opened it, but now I kind of regret spending the money on it.

At first glance, it looks decent enough, but actually using it is a different story. The buttons are in weird spots, and the shape just doesn’t feel natural in my hand at all. After using it for a little while, it started getting uncomfortable, which is frustrating. For what it costs, the ergonomics should be way better, like, give me a break.

I was confused after setting it up because the website made it sound like it would be much brighter. In person, it’s way dimmer than I expected and just doesn’t give off enough light for what I needed.

Tried to use the warranty. Replies were slow. Help wasn’t clear. Felt like nobody really wanted to deal with it. Frustrating...

I’m still waiting on my order, and the shipping has been way too slow. You start to wonder if it’s even on the way at this point

I tried using Nebo across a couple of different devices, and it got annoying fast. Moving my notes around felt clunky and not intuitive at all, which is a problem when I’m trying to use it on the go. On top of that, the reminders felt way too aggressive, like I kept getting pushed when I was already frustrated with the app. I really wanted it to be simple and useful, but it ended up being a letdown...

Most days it works fine and the light itself is good, but the random flickering gets annoying fast. The battery life is kind of all over the place too, which is frustrating when you just expect it to work.

The charging has been disappointing. It takes way too long to get a full charge, and like I said, it doesn’t really hold power the way I expected it to. It’s not the end of the world, but like I said, it gets annoying after a while.

Checkout worked in the end, but it was slow and a bit frustrating. The site itself was okay, though the shipping info was confusing and not laid out very clearly. It kind of felt like the details were handled carelessly, which made the whole experience more annoying than it needed to be...

It was easy enough to use, but I did have to click around a bit to figure things out. I haven’t spent a ton of time with it yet, so I can’t say for sure, but my first impression is that it’s mostly straightforward with a few confusing parts.

I opened the package and pretty much knew right away something was off. I ordered one item from nebo.com, but the thing they sent me was totally different, so my snap judgment was basically, “Yep, this is going to be a hassle.”

I double-checked my confirmation email just in case I had clicked the wrong thing, but it clearly showed the item I meant to buy. Super annoying, and now I’m stuck dealing with a return for a mistake that wasn’t mine.

I feel like I paid way too much for what I actually got. It just doesn’t feel like good value, and what made it more frustrating is that when I tried to bring it up, nobody really took ownership or seemed willing to help. Everyone kind of passed it along like it wasn’t their problem.
